2026 Market Application Process
Please complete the form to apply to be a vendor at one or more of our upcoming markets. Vendors are selected on a first-come-first-served basis with consideration of the market’s theme and the availability of table space per event. We strive to have a diverse lineup, so vendors are not competing with each other.

Please note that all of our markets are vegan and vegetarian friendly! We do not typically accept vendors that feature animal product; however, it is case by case as we do make exceptions for upcycled / repurposed materials. If you sell food or packaged goods, we request that you have vegan options available.

Vendor Fees & Payment Options
We want to ensure our markets are accessible to everyone. We offer a sliding scale, as well as a payment plan option, to support access to our markets. We ask that you please pay at the level that reflects your financial reality. Please note that we have a limited amount of slots per tier, and we may not be able to accept applications if our limit has been met.

The sliding scale we offer is as follows:
$50 - Adjusted Rate
$60 - Average Rate
$70 - Supportive Rate

You will be notified via email whether or not your application(s) is accepted. When your application is accepted, you will receive an email with a link to submit payment. Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email- otherwise your slot will be released & we can’t guarantee acceptance after that.

If you request a payment plan, we require that 50% of the fee is paid upon confirmation and the remaining 50% balance is due upon load in.

If you are accepted for multiple markets, all payments must be submitted within 48 hours in order to guarantee your slot.

If you miss the deadline, please email us to confirm availability before sending your payment.

Once you are accepted and we have received your payment, you will receive a detailed advance email with all of the load in, announcement, and schedule details.

Cancelation Policy

Full refunds are given if cancelation occurs 72+ hours before the event. A 50% refund is given 48-71 hours before the event, and no refund is given with any cancelations given within less than 48 hours to the market.

The Venues

Below is a general guideline of what to expect at each venue. Please note, the details are subject to change and more specific details will be sent via your advance email upon acceptance.

Bottom Lounge (volcano room)

Load In: 5:00pm - 6:45pm
Market Time: 7:00pm - 11:00pm
Load Out: 11:00pm - 11:45pm
Age Limit: 17+
Admission: Free
Environment: The market will be located in Bottom Lounge’s upstairs event space (aka The Volcano Room) and will be indoors November-April and both indoors and outdoors May-October. Their outdoor space is an uncovered rooftop patio that is connected to the main indoor space.
Vendor Restrictions: The venue does not accept hot food vendors (i.e., if you need to cook or build your food on site). Items such as pastries/desserts, packaged food, sauces, etc. are welcome. Also, lighting is low in this room, so we encourage vendors to bring their own table lamps/lighting if necessary.
